In-Home Setup & Delivery for Mattresses and Adjustable Beds

Delivering your new bed set quickly and in perfect condition is an important part of your purchase. We’ve partnered with third-party freight and In-Home Setup service providers across the country to ensure on-time delivery, safe handling of your new bed, and careful consideration for your home, privacy, safety, and satisfaction.

Additional In-Home Setup Options
We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs. Every home is unique, so the more prepared the delivery agent is, the smoother and more efficient the setup will be.

• Stair Carry
  If your bedroom is located on the 2nd or 3rd floor, or if there are more than three steps at your main entry, a stair carry option must be included in your order.
• Remove Your Old Mattress
  Mattress removal is available upon request at the time of purchase for an additional fee per piece. In some areas, this service may be completed by a third-party provider after your in-home setup.

Delivery Expectations
In-Home Setup deliveries typically take 14 to 30 business days. Once your order arrives at a Delivery Agent (DA) in your area, they will contact you directly to arrange a setup time. Please note, we are not affiliated with or owners of the DA. Adding In-Home Setup may extend delivery times by an additional 3 to 5 days. Currently, In-Home Setup is not available in Hawaii or Alaska.
