100-Night Risk-Free Sleep Trial
Mattresses - 100-Night Risk-Free Sleep Trial
We want you to love your new mattress! Our 100-night risk-free sleep trial is available exclusively for mattress purchases made directly on bedtech.com. If you purchased your mattress in-store or through another retailer’s website, their individual return and exchange policies will apply. Please reach out to that retailer directly for assistance.
Just like breaking in a new pair of shoes, your body needs a little time to adjust to your new mattress. It’s completely normal to experience some initial discomfort as your body adapts. We recommend giving it at least 30 nights before deciding if it’s the perfect fit.
If after that time you’re still not completely comfortable, we’re here to help. Within 100 nights of your delivery, you’re eligible for one exchange or one return, and we’ll work with you to find the right mattress for your best night’s sleep. Please be aware that the 100-Night Risk-Free Sleep Trial does not apply to kids-pedic, clearance or pre-owned merchandise, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture, or other accessories.

Adjustable Power Bases
Adjustable bases, adjustable bed frames, and/or power bases are considered final sale. They are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Foundations
Foundations are final sale items and are non-returnable or refundable. They come with a manufacturer's warranty.
Accessories
Only unopened and new accessory items may be returned. Any used or open item is considered final sale. All accessory returns, including bedding, pillows, protectors, and toppers, must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product must be unopened and unused. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. If the product is damaged upon delivery to your home, please contact BedTech within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
