Brackets are of good quality! Assembly was easy. I had to drill new holes in headboard only because I adjusted my base to the highest setting for maximum storage underneath. Definitely recommend! The only issue was the salesperson said the brackets were included with the bed but they weren’t.
The bed is off the floor now that the new leg is on and fits perfectly
Solid and sturdy, this frame provides a great foundation without the need for box spring. Folds up and legs unscrew for easy transitions.
The box came half-open. I'm hoping all of the necessary pieces are there!
I am absolutely delirious with my last purchase… The platform that the Bed is on I got from Bed Tech and it was worth $299.00! I thought I included some pictures but instead I sent you a video. That’s my pride and joy now!
With the brackets attached and every bolt tightened my headboard is so wobbly it sways back and forth likes it’s not even attached to anything. What a waste of money and time. Very dissatisfied and disappointed
I was pleased with the speedy response to my order. It only took a couple of days to arrive. The brackets are made of sturdy steel. I admit I looked at Amazon for something less expensive, but with this bed setting like a lid on top of the bed frame that creates a real complication. The brackets are functional and well thought out. Referencing the photo, I needed to cut the top of the brackets where they mount to the headboard due to interference. That required a grinder, so there’s that. I do not like that it takes three connections to get to the headboard; that is an opportunity for weakness. The headboard is held securely enough for now.
Exactly what I needed. Fit perfectly. It replaced my box spring and frame, and the height was perfect. Very happy with it.
Don’t deliver sheets with many threads, some up to over a ft. long hanging on. Seam on pillows should be finished. Don’t bother sending a coupon, instead tighten up your quality control.
Headboard brackets for this are terrible. Umusable. Unable to get to work. Purchased the BEdtech x series queen upholstered platform bed at mancinis. No directions.
I ordered and installed box… remote will not pair. I am still waiting on a response/ resolution. I have communicated via text for the last 3 days but it takes several hours for the communication to progress. Had this been an actual conversation with the person this should have been resolved in a 10-15 minute conversation. Still unable to adjust bed and resolution is send us more money
There is no way to secure head board to frame. Bad design. No notice of this defect when ordering. How do I return this frame? Original box is cut up.

Can someone please answer the phone? The new romote we ordered won't charge, we called twice spoke to the AI assistant and asked for a call back per Bed Tech's rules, but have not gotten a call or email back.

Both my husband and I have been struggling his side sleepers because her next get jammed up and we wind up not getting a good nights sleep. We discovered your pillows recently when we went to Salt Lake City to visit our daughter and she had them on her guest bed so we finally ordered one. It’s amazing! Now I need to order a second one for me!!!!

While shopping for a mattress, a showroom used the blue ice pillow for simulating my sleep, so I bought one from the store. It is the perfect firmness for me as I’m a side sleeper. I then realized I spend a lot of time at another home in a different state, so I ordered one from Bed Tech rather than carrying it back and forth and it was delivered today. It only took a few days and it was fast and easy.
The brackets were likely in good shape, but they are the wrong brackets for my bed type. Specifically, the wrong size of bolt for my bed. This is the second kind I’ve tried, so I’ll likely just brace my headboard and call it good. I’m tired of trying.
We absolutely love this mattress protector. It is completely waterproof and protects anything underneath it. It also stretches just like a regular fitted sheet so it’s very easy to remove. You can also put a lot of stuff underneath it as you can see we have a side rail pillow, plus a pregnancy pillow on the other side with plenty of room despair. Comfortable to lie on too unlike many others we tried before m. We have one on our bed and have two now for our son‘s bed. It really came in handy once we started potty training! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
No more waking up with headaches
I have a chronic pain condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. I live with 24/7 various levels of pain. This has been my life since 2007. Having the adjustable bed has been a huge blessing. When I lost the remote that came with my bed I was devastated. I’ve been to pain drs and still no improvement. The remote has given me a chance to get the right incline to get some relief. Thank you so much.
They sent me the wrong style of foot retainer. The retainer I received does not match the picture advertised on their website. Save yourself time and money and avoid buying from this company.

The best pillow I've ever owned. Since I've been using it I have not had any neck or mid back issues. I sleep like a baby. It had great support and very firm.
My bf loves his new pillow. He says it keeps his head cool at night and the medium has the right amount of firmness.
