At first it was difficult to get through to a representative, but when I did, the company had a technician named Matt - who was on vacation- call so he could assess the problem. He diagnosed it perfectly and told us what part to order. The part came and my nephew was able to install the part. My invalid sister who depends on a bed that raises her feet (since she has lymphedema in her legs) is resting much more comfortably. Thanks to him.
