Delivery & Fulfillment

Mattress-only Orders:

• Shipped via ground package delivery, fulfilled by either UPS or FedEx, depending on your location.

Power Base-only Orders:

• Palletized on a custom-built pallet and shipped via common carrier freight.
• The carrier will be assigned at the time of pickup, and a BOL/PRO tracking label will be issued.
• The carrier will contact the phone number on the order to schedule delivery within a four-hour window.

Bedding Accessories-only Orders (e.g., pillows, sheets, protectors):

• Shipped via ground package delivery, fulfilled by either UPS or FedEx, depending on your location.

Mattress and Bedding-only Orders:

• Shipped via ground package delivery, fulfilled by either UPS or FedEx, depending on your location.

Orders with Mattress, Power Base, and/or Bedding:

• Items may be combined and shipped together on a custom-built pallet via common carrier freight.
• The carrier will be assigned at the time of pickup, and a BOL/PRO tracking label will be issued.
• The carrier will contact the phone number on the order to schedule delivery within a four-hour window.
• In some cases, bedding items may ship separately via ground package delivery, fulfilled by either UPS or FedEx, depending on your location.

• We’ve partnered with third-party freight and In-Home Setup service providers across the country to ensure on-time delivery, safe handling of your new bed, and careful consideration for your home, privacy, safety, and satisfaction.
