I was pleased with the speedy response to my order. It only took a couple of days to arrive. The brackets are made of sturdy steel. I admit I looked at Amazon for something less expensive, but with this bed setting like a lid on top of the bed frame that creates a real complication. The brackets are functional and well thought out. Referencing the photo, I needed to cut the top of the brackets where they mount to the headboard due to interference. That required a grinder, so there’s that. I do not like that it takes three connections to get to the headboard; that is an opportunity for weakness. The headboard is held securely enough for now.

This bracket was supposed to work with Saatva's Adjustable Frame Plus, but there was not possible to attach the brackets. Perhaps they are intended for the Adjustable Frame (not the Plus version), which has a different configuration of the surface on which the mattress rests.
The brackets and their support of the headboard is flimsy. For the money, I think the product should have been much sturdier. Also, the lack of instructions could prove to be challenging for some. Fortunately I had the original manual to reference.
I received two different types of brackets to use depending on the style of bed base I had. Option A came with assembly instructions. But my bed base goes with the option B brackets which came with no assembly instructions. So I will Google and search and see if I can find out how to put these on properly.
Once I figured out how to do it the only issue was the lock nuts are impossible to use. You need to put in regular nuts. Also should be at least 12 long bolts, not eight to attach to the headboard.

We still have yet to receive the correct brackets have ordered. First we got the wrong one and the something completely different was sent. I still have not received the correct item and can’t get anyone from your company to email me back!
These are too short to fit a California king bed. I have tried to contact someone about exchanging them, and I can never get in touch with anyone and no one has returned my messages.
It did not fit mt Bedtec bed frame. I have left several phone calls and messages, and no one has tried to contact me back. It looks like I might be out $75 bucks. That's a lot for a disabled Veteran.
Couldn't take off a fraction of+ that 5th star! Liked how solid and heavy the brackets are. Very strong and well made. Only one small problem...the 4 bolts that attach the assembled and installed brackets to the actual headboard were too short by about 1/2 inch. My headboard is wrought iron with posts about an inch and a half in diameter. The bolts provided had less than 1/8 inch protruding to attach the nuts after passing through the bracket and post. I had to purchase longer bolts to complete the installation. Otherwise I'm very pleased with this purchase.
